A few weeks back, on a beautiful May morning, I had the privilege of photographing Esther, my adorable little sister! She was a little reluctant at first, but soon she settled right in, and her goofy, joyful, bubbly self made the perfect model, don’t you think? She was a total natural in front of the camera! And her personality was priceless — so full of life. She loved running around in the meadow of dandelions and giggling among the golden flowers, the sunshine dancing down through the bright spring grass. Joy, life, love and laughter emanated from her sparkling blue eyes and her bright smile. As you can tell, I had trouble sorting through the hundred plus pictures I took...they were all so sweet and each seemed to capture a different piece of her lively spirit.
I’m actually writing this from the misty shadows of the Smoky Mountains, where we have just arrived as the first stop on our two-week family trip, so farewell for now!
